What to write to us about

A fare looked wrong. Tell us the trip, the time and what you were actually charged. This is the most useful thing you can send us.
A service showed up that does not operate here, or one is missing.
A place cannot be found in search. Send the name and roughly where it is.
A bus route or stop is wrong. Our stop data comes from the community PMPML feed and OpenStreetMap, and both have gaps we would like to close.

Payments

We do not charge commuters and we take no payments, so there is nothing to query. See our refunds page.

A note on ride complaints

We are a comparison service, not a transport operator. Complaints about a driver, a vehicle or a fare charged by Uber, Ola, Rapido or anyone else must go to that operator, who is required to have its own grievance channel. Tell us anyway and we will point you to the right place.
